Cleveland State University: SPEAK OUT! and the LOUD Crowd for People with Parkinson's Disease
My name is Emily Jennings and I am a clinical assistant professor and clinical supervisor at Cleveland State University, in the Communication Sciences and Disorders program. We are currently recruiting patients to participate in SPEAK OUT! and the LOUD Crowd, a free speech program for people with Parkinson’s Disease. We are currently enrolling patients with speech, voice, and communication difficulty due to PD. Please review the attached flier for details. InMotion support groups address the needs of those diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease (clients), and those who are in some way connected to people with Parkinson’s (care partners). Groups meet weekly over a period of eight consecutive weeks and are led by certified facilitators.
